Being a sibling to someone with a disability brings a unique blend of love, challenges, and often unspoken emotions. LEFA Founder Lexie knows this firsthand—she’s a sibling herself and is deeply passionate about creating accessible tools for those carrying heavy emotional loads.

In collaboration with the Utah Parent Center, we created this Sibling Journal specifically designed to be a coping resource for children, teens and adults growing up alongside a brother or sister with a disability.

Filled with guided prompts, reflection exercises, and encouraging affirmations, this journal helps siblings process their experiences, build resilience, and feel seen in their unique role within the family. Whether your family is navigating a new diagnosis or simply seeking extra emotional support, this journal offers a safe space to connect, reflect, and grow.
